两遍bfs,第一次以每个火源为起点,搜出每个格子被火占据的最短时间(打时间戳),之后再以人为起点bfs,就可以了
我的代码的第二遍bfs写了个dfs,也不知道能不能过......没过的话再改(现在uva炸了)
